Tyler Heath is a partner at StuartUtah where he manages the operations and finances for

the company. Mr. Heath has worked in the real estate and financial industries for the past

24 years. Throughout his career, Mr. Heath has analyzed, acquired, developed, and

constructed commercial real estate all over the country. He has served as VP of

Operations, VP of Land Finance, and Director of Land Acquisitions and Entitlements

where he closed on over $125 million of commercial and residential real estate

acquisitions. Mr. Heath has extensive experience in the broker dealer community, having

served as Director of Due Diligence for two of the largest broker dealers that specialize in

alternative investments. Mr. Heath has completed due diligence on over $16 billion in

public offerings. He began his career as an independent financial advisor and as an

analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Heath received his Master’s in Business Administration

(MBA) from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah with an

emphasis in Accounting and Finance.
