Shelly Sumbot is a partner at StuartUtah where she works with the financials. As well as cultivating government relationships. In 2020 she helped structured the first Public Infrastructure District to Utah. Shelly is a seasoned business professional who has spent her career managing large commercial accounts at Adobe, one of the world's leading software companies. During her time at Adobe, Shelly was responsible for managing some of the company’s largest commercial accounts, working closely with clients to help them navigate the complexities of software licensing and usage. In addition to her account management responsibilities, Shelly also played a key role in raising money for StuartUtah through two separate bond offerings.
